We are two brothers, Emanuel and Alin. Both of us are chefs, motivated, creative, and with a huge passion for food. That’s why we decided to open our own restaurant, thus fulfilling our lifelong dream. We have worked in some of the most renowned Fine Dining Michelin-starred restaurants in London, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge. In the last ten years, we won medals and awards at international competitions, most notably National Chef Of The Year and The Restaurant Show.
During our adventure, we have acquired a solid understanding of International and Fusion cuisines, Corporate hospitality, Fine Dining, and Sales in the catering industry.
