We are two brothers, Emanuel and Alin. Both of us chefs, motivated, creative and with a huge passion for food. That’s why we decided to open our own restaurant, thus fulfilling our lifelong dream. We have worked in some of the most renowned Fine Dining Michelin-starred restaurants in London, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge. In the last ten years we won medals and awards at international competitions, most notably National Chef Of The Year and The Restaurant Show.

During our adventure, we have acquired a solid understanding of International and Fusion cuisines, Corporate hospitality, Fine Dining and Sales in the catering industry.

Our Journey began Studying Culinary Art at Catering College, followed by working in ten restaurants each with there own individual style. Based in London, an important political, cultural, financial and gastronomic center, where visitors gather from all corners of the world, to eat amongst locals, I observed an evolution in the culinary world. The cuisine of London has adopted a multitude of flavours, has diversified and revolutionised the way people eat. Ultimately becoming  one of the capital cities of the world with the most Michelin-starred restaurants.

Therefore, the philosophy that we have created for our restaurant is one with fast and international service, offering you a rich palette of innovative flavors, different from anything you have experienced so far.

Our offer is distinguished by two types of food: healthy for vegetarians and vegans, but also sinful food for gourmets, which led us to choose the name:

London Brothers: Food Heaven and Food Hell.

Our experience, pulling from the world of fine dining, is just one of the many reasons why it is worth visiting our restaurant and sampling our creative dishes. We know the favourite flavours of the English, as well as those of the Romanian, so we try to bring to your plate refined and diverse gastronomic options. All the while being easily accessible for the hectic, always on the go, stressful lifestyle of the modern customer.
